Preheat oven to 425℉ and oil a baking sheet with t tbsp of olive oil.
On a large plate combine cornmeal and cajun seasoning.
Season catfish with salt and pepper, then dredge in cornmeal mixture, pressing cornmeal to coat.
Place fish on oiled baking sheet and drizzle with remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Bake until fish flakes with a fork, about 15 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
