For the Dressing

For the Salad

romaine lettuce
chopped

cucumber
chopped

cherry tomatoes

red bell pepper

artichokes
chopped

red onion
chopped

cup
pitted kalmata olives
chopped

oz can
chickpeas
drained and rinsed

feta cheese
crumbled
pitas or pita chips
Instructions
Make the dressing. In a small bowl or jar whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside.
In a large bowl combine romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper, artichokes, red onion, olives, chickpeas and feta. Drizzle with the dressing.
