Gingerbread Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Add butter, milk and 1 cup of powdered sugar to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Add the second cup of powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
  • Add to frosting bag or spread on cookies.

Notes

Very delicious but doesn’t work as well for holding gingerbread house together.
