BBQ Chicken
Super easy bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs. Delicious!

- 2 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup bbq sauce
Heat oven to 400°. Season chicken with salt and garlic powder, both sides.
Roast chicken skin side down, about 30-35 minutes. Wait until skin is starting to brown.
Remove from oven and coat top side with bbq, flip and coat the other side. Return to oven and until done about 30-35 more minutes.
